Title: A PA-30 Pilot reported loss of power in #1 engine during a practice ILS approach. The engine was feathered and a normal landing ensued.
Narrative: Loss of engine power in the number one engine on a practice ILS. Feathered the number one engine and broke off the ILS for an uneventful landing. Cause of engine stoppage yet to be determined.
