Narrative:

Took off with approximately 50 gallons fuel per side. Leveled off at 1500 ft in cruise mode; plane began to buck and surge with right/left yaw. Took emergency action; full mixture; props and power. No correction. Noted engine monitor (right); no power output. Feathered (right) engine and noted a nearby military airport runway was in extended base. Made emergency landing because of proximity to residential area at low altitude. Mechanics called and he found leaking right engine fuel pressure transducer. Repair underway.
