Narrative:
Airlines continues to schedule crews to fly from hnl to lax, then on to msp under international flight time regulations. This provides 8 hours 32 minutes flight time within a single duty period of 10 hours, 47 minutes. The msp air carrier district office has decided to not take any action against the company for this type of scheduling, but I question its legality and safety.
