Narrative:
I commuted in for my trip [and] I was hoping to get some sleep in my crash pad prior to my check-in; but I was locked out and was unable to get any rest. By the time we arrived [at destination] with an aircraft swap; I was so tired that I left all my food and makeup on the plane and didn't realize it until we got to our next gate and our original aircraft had pushed. We were delayed over 30 minutes waiting for connecting passengers; which made the day even longer. When preparing to do the safety demo; I was so tired that I initially grabbed a trash bag and was standing there holding that until the 'a' flight attendant asked me what I was doing and told me we were doing the safety demo not cleaning the aircraft. When we arrived [at next destination]; I was so tired that I completely forgot to disarm the forward galley door. After the passengers deplaned and I made my way to the back of the aircraft; the 'a' flight attendant told me via the interphone that I had forgotten to disarm my door. [This] is a non-provisioning city; so no one was coming through that door; and 'a' disarmed it for me before we left the plane. In 10 years as a flight attendant; I have never forgotten to disarm a door and can only attribute it to my extreme fatigue from my very early morning commute and my very long day.
