Narrative:
A CRJ7 was turned off the arrival to accommodate aircraft on vectors to avoid weather. As soon as the CRJ7 was turned off the arrival route he left bravo airspace and was not advised. When our newest runway 35 was added; it did not accommodate bravo airspace. Air traffic safety oversight service's (aov's) newest interpretation of the bravo phraseology requires us to advise almost every aircraft that they are leaving and re-entering in areas we never did before.
