Level flight; cruise at FL320; about 2 hours into flight no ETOPS weather received. We had pulled our own from the ACARS; but did not send message to dispatch. Later I requested ETOPS weather and eventually received it and sent message at approximately 62 north.

Title: First Officer reports not receiving the ETOPS weather from Dispatch in a timely fashion which results in the ETOPS acceptance message being sent a little late.
Narrative: Level flight; cruise at FL320; about 2 hours into flight no ETOPS weather received. We had pulled our own from the ACARS; but did not send message to Dispatch. Later I requested ETOPS weather and eventually received it and sent message at approximately 62 N.
