Narrative:
I hope this information will alert NASA of the crew rest that is inadequate regarding continuous duties (2 in a row). I dutied in at evening and flew until almost midnight (rested 5 1/2 hours after our van ride to and from the hotel) and departed at early am on 11a88 and 11b88. Then I dutied in on 11c88 at evening and flew in IMC conditions until late night. After we finally released from duty, we were given 8 hours rest (reduced) and dutied in at evening and flew until late that night in IFR conditions, shooting several approaches down to minimums. I'm very thankful that we never had to deal with an in-flight emergency in our state of mind...we were exhausted! This is a problem that needs immediate attention as a disaster is awaiting us all!
