Narrative:

In training; I had an SR20 holding short of runway 19L ready for departure. A second SR22 contacted local control 1 and requested to cross runway 19L. I approve the crossing and also cleared the SR20 for take off on runway 19L. I assumed my SR20 was in front and the crossing SR22 would cross behind my departure. I should have specified to the local control 1 controller to cross behind my departure instead of just cross. I should've specified to the local control 1 controller to cross his aircraft behind my aircraft.
