Narrative:
We were cleared to descend via the GEELA5 arrival and had verified the constraints. We were on speed and thought on altitude when ATC queried us as we were descending out of 12;200 ft outside of punnt (which had a constraint of 12;000-9;000 ft). ATC informed us that the geela arrival had a NOTAM for punnt at 10;000 ft. We were given a heading of 040 to fly. No further problems were encountered. Upon debriefing with the first officer; we verified that we did have all the papers and that the notams were reviewed. Factors that most likely contributed to this NOTAM being missed were the short turn time with an airplane change; an excessive number of notams for phx which gave us several pages of them; the lack of order to the notams; and the fact that this NOTAM printed with two others separated by space on our papers. We did find it; but we had to search.

Title: A320 flight crew reports missing a NOTAM changing the crossing restriction at PUNNT on the GEELA 5 RNAV to PHX. ATC advises and issues a vector. The NOTAM in question was buried in a very large list.
