Narrative:
Flight indianapolis to pittsburgh. Leveled off during climb. ATC gave frequency change to 134.7. Upon initial contact their response was 'turn left to 040 degree heading immediately.' we were on a heading of 090 degree. I obtained their telephone number but was unable to get a reason for the immediate turn. Callback conversation with reporter revealed following information. Controller very busy on frequency and later got delayed so did not follow up on telephone. From radio conversation did not think any loss of sep as no other heading changes given to other aircraft.
