Narrative:
On landing, aircraft left main tire was flat. When aircraft settled down on flat tire the wheel dug into runway and spun aircraft around damaging left main gear left wing tip and left horizontal stabilizer.

Title: PLT LOST CONTROL OF GA SMA WHEN LNDG MADE WITH FLAT MAIN GEAR TIRE.
Narrative: ON LNDG, ACFT LEFT MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT. WHEN ACFT SETTLED DOWN ON FLAT TIRE THE WHEEL DUG INTO RWY AND SPUN ACFT AROUND DAMAGING LEFT MAIN GEAR LEFT WING TIP AND LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.
