Narrative:
On climb out at about 100-200' AGL we heard a muffled sound which was an apparent engine compressor stall. Simultaneously #2 engine egt rose to peg (1000 degree), N1 fell to 80%, and the tower called stating that they saw flames coming from #2, and #1 engine. I immediately reduced power to idle on #2 engine. There was no fire warning in cockpit. We climbed out, completed the engine fire emergency list for #2 engine, and dumped fuel to the 'standpipes'. The #1 and #3 engines both appeared normal except for a loss of #3 N1 gauge intermittently. The remainder of the flight was taken up completing emergency and irregular checklists, advising the first F/a to prepare passengers for evacuate/evacuation, calling dispatch, etc. The wind was 090/7 so we elected to land on 7L. Land weight was 356.0. Landing was smooth. I notified the passengers to 'keep their seats, everything was ok' after landing. Proceeded to the gate west/O further incident.

Title: ACR WDB COMPRESSOR STALL AFTER TKOF. RETURN AND LAND.
Narrative: ON CLB OUT AT ABOUT 100-200' AGL WE HEARD A MUFFLED SOUND WHICH WAS AN APPARENT ENG COMPRESSOR STALL.
