Cabin pressure landing elevator fault; gw xx pounds on lower panel; first officer navigation display no map. First officer FMGC froze. First officer rad navigation page froze. Told ATC no rvsm requested lower altitude. Contacted dispatch and maintenance control reset FMGC circuit breaker per flight manual procedure; no luck. Captain FMGC worked fine. Captain switched to pilot flying and landed uneventfully.

Title: A320 Captain reports FMGC2 failure at FL390 along with related system faults and failures. An attempted reset of the FMGC is unsuccessful and the flight continues to destination below RVSM airspace.
