Narrative:
An A320 departed runway 1 left PORTE3 SID. In the next departure hole - after landing traffic on runway 28L/right; a B757; departed runway 1L on the PORTE3 SID. Upwind four miles; a B757 was about 1-2 miles east of the A320 who was incredibly slow and turned on a dime. I do not know whether or not a loss occurred in nct airspace. Is it the aircraft -or- the pilot? Either way this is an example of a dangerous situation where airbus aircraft are neither performing to their capability; and nor meeting the needs of the NAS.
