Narrative:
Reporter's aircraft (small aircraft X) eastbound from the vicinity of the btg. At approximately 1600' MSL, tracking a straight line, slightly north of due east of the fix. Conflicting aircraft, an small aircraft Y on a reciprocal course, slightly higher (50') and slightly south (150'). Neither aircraft took evasive action. Suspect each aircraft was in a 'blind spot' of the pilot of the other aircraft until quite close.
