Narrative:
I cleared an aircraft for takeoff from an intersecting runway and created a near collision with another on takeoff from the other runway. I had instructed one aircraft for a stop and go, tower will advise on the go. However due to the high workload, I issued those instructions to the wrong aircraft. Prescott ATC tower is a very busy level ii tower. However, there is only one runway active at a time. There is no BRITE radar to help the controllers manage the workload. Corrective actions: build an additional runway so that there will be 2 controllers working the traffic. Install BRITE radar to help manage the traffic safely.

Title: NMAC BETWEEN TWO SMA ACFT, ONE CLEARED FOR TKOF ON ONE RWY, ANOTHER MAKING A TOUCH AND GO ON AN INTERSECTING RWY.
Narrative: I CLRED AN ACFT FOR TKOF FROM AN INTERSECTING RWY AND CREATED A NEAR COLLISION WITH ANOTHER ON TKOF FROM THE OTHER RWY. I HAD INSTRUCTED ONE ACFT FOR A STOP AND GO, TWR WILL ADVISE ON THE GO. HOWEVER DUE TO THE HIGH WORKLOAD, I ISSUED THOSE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE WRONG ACFT. PRESCOTT ATC TWR IS A VERY BUSY LEVEL II TWR. HOWEVER, THERE IS ONLY ONE RWY ACTIVE AT A TIME. THERE IS NO BRITE RADAR TO HELP THE CTLRS MANAGE THE WORKLOAD. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: BUILD AN ADDITIONAL RWY SO THAT THERE WILL BE 2 CTLRS WORKING THE TFC. INSTALL BRITE RADAR TO HELP MANAGE THE TFC SAFELY.
