While en route at 1900-2000 ft from wilmington, de, to martin state, baltimore, md, we saw a small jet closing at our 3 O'clock position. We felt he was going to pass behind us, as he did, however, jet pilot kept talking to new castle wilmington tower. 'Thanks for pointing out traffic, that could have been close.' his words.
