Narrative:
During the descent; the captain noticed a lower than normal quantity of fluid in hydraulic system 3 reservoir. Crew continued to monitor fluid quantity. Gear was lowered. Received gear disagree warning message. Emergency was declared. Checklists were completed. Normal landing was made after completion of checklists without further incident.
