Narrative:
On departure roll out of ict runway 01R, tower advised that an light transport off our left had us in sight and would maintain vision. We advised we also had him in sight. We had the light transport in sight throughout the event and watched him try to beat us across the departure path by turning in front of us. As the PNF and watching his path I knew we would hit him if we executed a normal rotation. I pushed forward on the control wheel so that we would pass underneath him. There was no enough altitude for us to begin any turns. I watched him go over us by not more than 300'. I told the controller 'that was too close.' the tower controller casually rogered and advised us to contact departure. Supplemental information from acn 104832: I noticed an aircraft flying from the left approaching the departure end of the runway and mentioned said aircraft to the captain. He saw him too. At that time vr was reached and I rotated the aircraft more shallow than normal and commenced a shallow climb to avoid contact with the crossing aircraft.

Title: NMAC BETWEEN ACR-MLG AND GA-LTT.
Narrative: ON DEP ROLL OUT OF ICT RWY 01R, TWR ADVISED THAT AN LTT OFF OUR LEFT HAD US IN SIGHT AND WOULD MAINTAIN VISION. WE ADVISED WE ALSO HAD HIM IN SIGHT. WE HAD THE LTT IN SIGHT THROUGHOUT THE EVENT AND WATCHED HIM TRY TO BEAT US ACROSS THE DEP PATH BY TURNING IN FRONT OF US. AS THE PNF AND WATCHING HIS PATH I KNEW WE WOULD HIT HIM IF WE EXECUTED A NORMAL ROTATION. I PUSHED FORWARD ON THE CONTROL WHEEL SO THAT WE WOULD PASS UNDERNEATH HIM. THERE WAS NO ENOUGH ALT FOR US TO BEGIN ANY TURNS. I WATCHED HIM GO OVER US BY NOT MORE THAN 300'. I TOLD THE CTLR 'THAT WAS TOO CLOSE.' THE TWR CTLR CASUALLY ROGERED AND ADVISED US TO CONTACT DEP. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 104832: I NOTICED AN ACFT FLYING FROM THE LEFT APCHING THE DEP END OF THE RWY AND MENTIONED SAID ACFT TO THE CAPT. HE SAW HIM TOO. AT THAT TIME VR WAS REACHED AND I ROTATED THE ACFT MORE SHALLOW THAN NORMAL AND COMMENCED A SHALLOW CLB TO AVOID CONTACT WITH THE XING ACFT.
