Narrative:
A rotary winged aircraft was observed ahead of us at approximately the same altitude. Our course was 283 degree on top of scattered clouds at 4500'. We started a climb and the other aircraft passed approximately 200' below us and slightly north of us. It was red/white/black. We did not get the full registration number.

Title: NMAC BETWEEN TWO ROTARY WINGED ACFT.
Narrative: A ROTARY WINGED ACFT WAS OBSERVED AHEAD OF US AT APPROX THE SAME ALT. OUR COURSE WAS 283 DEG ON TOP OF SCATTERED CLOUDS AT 4500'. WE STARTED A CLIMB AND THE OTHER ACFT PASSED APPROX 200' BELOW US AND SLIGHTLY N OF US. IT WAS RED/WHITE/BLACK. WE DID NOT GET THE FULL REGISTRATION NUMBER.
