Narrative:

I departed and noticed the passengers' door was not completely shut so I circled back to land. I selected the gear down. Only the main gear came down the nose gear did not. After going through all the emergency procedures and overflying the airport; radioing the maintenance personnel on the ground and them confirming I had the 2 main gears but not the nose; I decided to burn the majority of my fuel off and go to ZZZ and declare an emergency. I landed at ZZZ with the 2 main and no nose gear.
