Narrative:
On localizer 12R, stl approximately 3,000' MSL. Another flight on approach for 12L was right of localizer. I took evasive action with a 30 degree bank to right. Other flight did not cross 12R localizer, but was approximately 300-400' from it. After I saw other aircraft, he also took evasive action, with approximately 20 degree bank back to left.

Title: TWO MLG ACFT ALIGNING FOR APCH TO PARALLEL RWYS AT STL HAD NMAC WHEN ACFT ON LEFT OVERSHOT HIS ALIGNMENT AND INTRUDED ON THE RIGHT HAND ACFT'S AIRSPACE FOR ALIGNMENT WITH THE RIGHT RWY.
Narrative: ON LOC 12R, STL APPROX 3,000' MSL. ANOTHER FLT ON APCH FOR 12L WAS RIGHT OF LOC. I TOOK EVASIVE ACTION WITH A 30 DEG BANK TO RIGHT. OTHER FLT DID NOT CROSS 12R LOC, BUT WAS APPROX 300-400' FROM IT. AFTER I SAW OTHER ACFT, HE ALSO TOOK EVASIVE ACTION, WITH APPROX 20 DEG BANK BACK TO LEFT.
