Narrative:
Port authority police at ewr observed a panel fall off widebody transport aircraft between taxiway G and east on runway 22R during landing rollout. Panel was retrieved at the intersection of 22R taxiway east off the runway. Panel was aft section of panel 334BC on horizontal stabilizer, port side, operating crew had no indication of any abnormality. All flight regimes (takeoff, cruise, letdown, approach, landing, rollout, taxi in) normal. #1 engine reverser was inoperative.

Title: A PANEL FROM THE VERTICAL STABILIZER OF A WDB ACFT FELL FROM THE ACFT AFTER LNDG AT EWR AND ON ROLLOUT.
Narrative: PORT AUTHORITY POLICE AT EWR OBSERVED A PANEL FALL OFF WDB ACFT BETWEEN TXWY G AND E ON RWY 22R DURING LNDG ROLLOUT. PANEL WAS RETRIEVED AT THE INTXN OF 22R TXWY E OFF THE RWY. PANEL WAS AFT SECTION OF PANEL 334BC ON HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, PORT SIDE, OPERATING CREW HAD NO INDICATION OF ANY ABNORMALITY. ALL FLT REGIMES (TKOF, CRUISE, LETDOWN, APCH, LNDG, ROLLOUT, TAXI IN) NORMAL. #1 ENG REVERSER WAS INOPERATIVE.
