Narrative:
The problem arose due to WX and my weeding to keep VFR. Sav approach FSS nor ZJX would suggest any headings that would keep me out of restr are and from cloud base. The event took place and the flight school was called. After talking with the army officer in charge, it is physically impossible for me and my aircraft to have been 35 mi south of sav to have entered the restr areas, then to continue again north to columbia where I finished my leg of flight. While being vectored around restr areas southwest of sav, I encountered cloud base below me at 1500' MSL approximately and advised sav approach I needed 'to turn around or something' because of clouds. I was instructed to continue on own navigation. I needed WX information concerning my VFR flight from sav area to tifton, GA. Sav approach gave me sav FSS 123.65 and told me to inform sav approach when back on frequency. I talked with sav FSS and was told ima was MVFR and getting worse. I decided best to start going north toward columbia via reidsville airport and prison NDB. Sav approach had told me I was 35 mi ssw of sav international, and that was the location I had given FSS. I got back to sav approach and was told approach had lost radar contact, resume own navigation and contact ZJX. I explained to ZJX I was heading back north to columbia. Not once did anyone advise me of the activity and to 'be aware where you are flying to.' I'm a student pilot in conway, sc. I was very concerned about about the clouds and restr area. Not once did sav approach, FSS or ZJX ARTCC give me any suggestions st to how I could best get to columbia, after I had showed my concern of the WX and how to go about getting back on a course that would expedite me to columbia west/O violating any airspace. I am sending a copy of my route of flight and all that transpired from takeoff from hyw through sav to cae. I have talked with the military rep for that area and from what he told me he was told from sav, 4 aircraft squawking 1200 flew through the 3005 B&a coming from the north heading southwest.I was flying from ssw heading 290 to 310 degrees, approximately toward prison NDB being southwest of macintosh NDB.
