Narrative:
There did not appear to be any danger of conflict between my aircraft and the aircraft approaching westchester airport. When I was over the airport at 1700', he was quite a distance away at or above my altitude.

Title: PLT OF SMA ALLEGEDLY PENETRATED NY TCA. FLEW THROUGH WHITE PLAINS ARPT TRAFFIC AREA AT 1700 MSL, NIGHT, VFR.
Narrative: THERE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY DANGER OF CONFLICT BETWEEN MY ACFT AND THE ACFT APCHING WESTCHESTER ARPT. WHEN I WAS OVER THE ARPT AT 1700', HE WAS QUITE A DISTANCE AWAY AT OR ABOVE MY ALT.
