Narrative:

Very busy sector. IFR with reduced jet traffic and vectors for intrail spacing east of svm. Aircraft deviating for WX. Received late handoff on inbound small transport X to ptk and descended small transport X to 140. I didn't see light transport Y at 160 overflt. A lot of coordination taking place and vectoring at the same time. Both aircraft were on diverging courses and parallel.
