Other aircraft was performing an FAA ILS check on 16R sea. We were not advised of his presence or location. He was advised of ours on our takeoff roll and had us in sight. He flew too close to our aircraft for a safe operation. Supplemental information from acn 115640: did not break off approach when instructed by tower to do so.

Narrative: OTHER ACFT WAS PERFORMING AN FAA ILS CHECK ON 16R SEA. WE WERE NOT ADVISED OF HIS PRESENCE OR LOCATION. HE WAS ADVISED OF OURS ON OUR TKOF ROLL AND HAD US IN SIGHT. HE FLEW TOO CLOSE TO OUR ACFT FOR A SAFE OPERATION. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 115640: DID NOT BREAK OFF APCH WHEN INSTRUCTED BY TWR TO DO SO.
