Narrative:

While cruising from spring valley, ny heliport to the wall st heliport, jrb, ny, ny at 100', I flew through the western edge of a restr area while in new york city. I had received a WX briefing from the poughkeepsie, ny (NWS) and had asked for all NOTAMS relevant to the flight, but they had nothing on the books. I discovered my mistake after landing at the wall st heliport, ny, jrb. Corrective action should be to post the NOTAMS at all briefing stations, not just the one(south) issuing the notice, in this case jfk and lga.
