Narrative:
While flying in cruise as pilot monitoring the autopilot clicked off and the pilot flying corrected with power and we started to descend. I called ATC and requested FL350 and ATC approved new altitude of FL350.I would suggest better CRM.

Title: At FL370 CRJ-900 autopilot disconnected; and when the stall warning activated the aircraft descended 300 FT during recovery. The flight crew request lower and continued at FL350.
