While enroute encountered light ice. Turned on new tks fluid anti ice system. Noticed subtle odor in cockpit. 20 minutes later pilot had headache. Pilot put on full face oxygen mask to complete flight. Upon landing pilot noticed hands and manuals were sticky. Headache disappeared one hour after exiting aircraft. Aircraft cockpit was later wiped down with new white cloth. Cloth showed significant residue on entire new cockpit panel. Symptoms matched tks fluid exposure on msds data.
