Narrative:
Rough running engine. Was on approach control 119.1 sac-rio linda. Engine running rough. Called for landing instructions. No response. Made a turn to east to avoid aircraft in pattern at rio linda and flew into military airspace at 1500 AGL over mcclellan airport, made 180 degree turn and landed at rio linda. Made left turn to avoid aircraft on base leg. Engine was running rough due to a broken exhaust and was under the effect of carbon dioxide.

Title: PLT OF LIGHT ACFT PENETRATES MILITARY AIRSPACE.
Narrative: ROUGH RUNNING ENGINE. WAS ON APCH CTL 119.1 SAC-RIO LINDA. ENGINE RUNNING ROUGH. CALLED FOR LNDG INSTRUCTIONS. NO RESPONSE. MADE A TURN TO EAST TO AVOID ACFT IN PATTERN AT RIO LINDA AND FLEW INTO MIL AIRSPACE AT 1500 AGL OVER MCCLELLAN ARPT, MADE 180 DEG TURN AND LANDED AT RIO LINDA. MADE LEFT TURN TO AVOID ACFT ON BASE LEG. ENGINE WAS RUNNING ROUGH DUE TO A BROKEN EXHAUST AND WAS UNDER THE EFFECT OF CARBON DIOXIDE.
