Narrative:

While departing long beach, ca airport, climbing VFR to 9500 MSL, in clear WX with 4 mi visibility in haze, I may have accidentally penetrated the seal beach, ca control zone or one of the numerous arsa's in the area. My route of flight was direct from long beach airport to seal beach VOR, V8 to paradise VOR, V388 to palm springs VOR. There seemed to be some confusion on the part of the controllers as to whom I should contact. I was handed back and forth between several different controllers and nobody seemed to be too sure to whom I should be talking. To my knowledge no other aircraft had to deviate. I can not give actual altitudes at certain locations due to the confusion of all the handoffs I was being given while trying to navigate, climb with limited visibility of 4 mi, and maintain communication with the proper controller as I was handed back and forth between them. I had tried to purchase lax TCA VFR charts in 4 different places and nobody had any in stock, so I used a current los angeles sectional chart.
