Narrative:
A [specified rocket club] often uses airspace for their rockets. This airspace is sometimes depicted with both a lat/long and a fixed radial distance. A problem has occurred every time they include both means of identifying a single point where the center points are; the two points are off; usually from 2 to 7 miles. The rocket launch area is a five mile radius around (both) [specified places]. These points are five miles apart on our scopes. Uncounted amounts of aircraft were vectored into one of the protected airspaces in order to miss the other. I don't know the call signs or types of any of the aircraft that passed through the areas.only one means of identifying a protected airspace should be used; unless they both depict the same point in space.

Title: A ZLC Controller reports of a protected airspace that has two centers and the Controller does not know which is the correct one. Aircraft are flying through one of the areas because they do not know where the exact point is.
