Narrative:
On 7/xx/89, ord xx sector 20 suffered a total frequency failure event and no cause could be found for it. On 7/xx/89, at XX10 pm local, sector 10 (which was combined with 9) lost all its frequencys and no reason could be found for it. The frequencys slowly faded out and then came back slowly after 10 mins total outage. Both incident (actually 3 times) appear similar and I think demands a complete review by at and af. The sector 20 failure occurred under at least moderate traffic.
