Narrative:
As I was landing on runway 6L, another aircraft was cleared to land on runway 32. This aircraft passed very close in front of me. There was no evasive action taken. Climbing would have caused a collision, with the other aircraft descending would have caused a collision with the ground. This is not the first time this has happened to me. At this time of the night only one controller works 3 frequencys, anc tower and ground, and lake hood tower. Perhaps this is not an effective way to control air traffic. This type of incident gets real old. Had I been aware (advised of) the problem early enough, I would have been able to stop this situation from developing. Also, from what I heard on the subsequent radio xmissions, I'm not sure small aircraft Y ever saw me.

Title: AN SMA LNDG ON A CROSSING RWY PASSED IN FRONT OF A LNDG SMT.
Narrative: AS I WAS LNDG ON RWY 6L, ANOTHER ACFT WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 32. THIS ACFT PASSED VERY CLOSE IN FRONT OF ME. THERE WAS NO EVASIVE ACTION TAKEN. CLIMBING WOULD HAVE CAUSED A COLLISION, WITH THE OTHER ACFT DESCENDING WOULD HAVE CAUSED A COLLISION WITH THE GND. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. AT THIS TIME OF THE NIGHT ONLY ONE CTLR WORKS 3 FREQS, ANC TWR AND GND, AND LAKE HOOD TWR. PERHAPS THIS IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO CONTROL AIR TFC. THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT GETS REAL OLD. HAD I BEEN AWARE (ADVISED OF) THE PROBLEM EARLY ENOUGH, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO STOP THIS SITUATION FROM DEVELOPING. ALSO, FROM WHAT I HEARD ON THE SUBSEQUENT RADIO XMISSIONS, I'M NOT SURE SMA Y EVER SAW ME.
