Narrative:
Cleared for runway 04. Landed runway 8R. Factors: flying in/out of elp for 10 years have never used 'commercial' runway 04. Fixation on 8R (expected after listening to ATIS) jet cleared for biggs 04 reinforced 8R preference as final for 04 elp would 1) conflict with traffic, 2) put aircraft in path of wake turbulence. Light traffic at time of incident. No conflict with other traffic. Learned of discrepancy after reviewing flight performance on video of approach and landing (in aircraft).
