Narrative:
Controller asked if I had received the clearance on the 295 radial of sxc to 160 degree of vtu. I replied that I had not. He told me to turn right to intercept the 160 degree. On returning to home base I called the tower and asked about the clearance and they said coast had called about XA00 am and informed them of the change from the old routing along V27. Changes were made without everybody getting the information!
