Narrative:

Stopped on FBO ramp at iah attempting to locate parking. Guided onto ramp by 2 marshallers who promptly left after aircraft stopped. The engines were never shut down, rotating beacon was not turned off, and aircraft was not chocked while stopped. Aircraft was stopped on ramp at least 300' from the nearest aircraft or building. Attempted to contact FBO on 122.95 at least 3 times while on ramp but they failed to respond. After sitting on ramp approximately 2 mins, contacted ground control to ask if they knew of another location our loading crews might be located at. Advised us to go to a cargo ramp north of our location. At that time we cleared the aircraft and requested taxi permission from ground control. After starting taxi, came in contact with fuel truck that had parked in front of our right wing at about the #6 slat position. Immediately stopped aircraft and shut down engine to investigate. Apparently while aircraft was stopped fuel truck parked in front of right wing in a position that was out of view from the cockpit. Crew was not advised or aware that a fuel truck was parked in front of the right wing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: main part of report torn off by post office.
