Narrative:
We were cleared to descend from FL240 to cross providence VOR at 11000', 250 KIAS. As we descended through 10300', we caught the deviation and began climbing back to 11000'. Center called just at that moment to indicate the small transport thing, and asked what our clearance had been. I confirmed that the clearance was 11000', 250 KIAS.
