Narrative:
35 NM northeast of ord while in descent for landing, master caution light came on followed by right hydraulic pressure light. QRH procedures initiated. Rudder control manual light came on followed by left hydraulic pressure light. QRH procedure for landing with no hydraulic pressure was initiated. Company maintenance was notified. Slat/flap extension was attempted with no positive indication. Tower was notified and crash fire rescue equipment equipment requested. Accomplished QRH alternate gear extension procedure in conjunction with no flap/no slat landing procedure. F/a's were notified. ILS approach to 9R was flown with touchdown at 1000' at vref +5 KTS. Reverse thrust and maximum braking was initiated. Aircraft drifted right off runway and nose gear collapsed. Emergency evacuate/evacuation was initiated and checklist completed.

Title: LOSS OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE IN MLG ON APCH TO ORD. ON LNDG ROLLOUT, REVERSING AND MAX BRAKING, ACFT DRIFTED OFF RWY TO RIGHT.
Narrative: 35 NM NE OF ORD WHILE IN DSCNT FOR LNDG, MASTER CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON FOLLOWED BY RIGHT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LIGHT. QRH PROCS INITIATED. RUDDER CONTROL MANUAL LIGHT CAME ON FOLLOWED BY LEFT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LIGHT. QRH PROC FOR LNDG WITH NO HYDRAULIC PRESSURE WAS INITIATED. COMPANY MAINT WAS NOTIFIED. SLAT/FLAP EXTENSION WAS ATTEMPTED WITH NO POSITIVE INDICATION. TWR WAS NOTIFIED AND CFR EQUIPMENT REQUESTED. ACCOMPLISHED QRH ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PROC IN CONJUNCTION WITH NO FLAP/NO SLAT LNDG PROC. F/A'S WERE NOTIFIED. ILS APCH TO 9R WAS FLOWN WITH TOUCHDOWN AT 1000' AT VREF +5 KTS.
