Narrative:
We were flying flight X to ZZZ. I was the pilot monitoring. The first officer (first officer) briefed a visual approach to 10R backed up with the ILS. While descending on the ZZZ RNAV arrival we visually picked up the airport at approximately 10 miles. Shortly thereafter approach asked us if we had the airport in sight; and then cleared us for the visual approach to 10L and switched us to tower frequency. The first officer was initially heading too far to the east; but then corrected back towards a five mile final/base. As the first officer turned base; there was a small cloud bank between us and the airport that we had not previously observed. The first officer maneuvered around the clouds and then lined up on the runway on speed; and on glide path. The 10R lighting was very bright and visually over powered the 10L lighting; making 10L very hard to see. After landing and clearing the runway I realized that we had landed on 10R instead of 10L. We called the tower and they had no problem with the mistake and said 'not to worry'!

Title: A B737 air crew landed on Runway 10R after being cleared to Runway 10L. The approach was initially obscured by scattered clouds and when they broke out the lighting on 10R was very bright and visually overpowered the 10L lighting.
