Narrative:

On climb out; we received an uncommanded rudder trim movement to the left. I overpowered the trim manually and disconnected the autoplt to make sure there was no other problem. We ran the QRH and trimmed the airplane back to normal. After about 30 seconds; the airplane trimmed back to the right; seemingly back to its original position. We trimmed the airplane neutral again and contacted maintenance. I told maintenance I was comfortable with continuing to the destination if they were. Of course; they were fine with us completing the flight. The aircraft was written up upon arrival.
