Narrative:
Enroute to ppa; unable to receive reliable bearing information to the ppa NDB. While listening; the ppa identifier morse code can be heard; but much stronger can be heard an oun identifier. In the past; the oun signal would cause significant interference outside of 20 NM from pampa; but the ppa signal would be sufficient for a stable NDB approach signal. Lately; the oun signal is much louder and seems to interfere with the ppa bearing information even in the immediate vicinity of the station to an extent that would not allow direct-to navigation or a ppa NDB approach.
