Narrative:

While cruising at FL290, we encountered a moderate jolt. It had been smooth up until that point and ATC reported smooth rides. We were in the clouds at the time with the radar on and the nearest thunderstorm was 50 mi away. 2 F/a's were knocked down due to the jolt. The seat belt sign was on--no passenger were hurt. 1 F/a was hurt and complained of knee and hip pain. Upon arrival at msp, the pain was still there. She could not walk, so the paramedics were called and she was taken to the hospital. X-rays showed no broken bones and the hospital discharged her that night.
