Narrative:
Missed read back. Aircraft issued cross thunn intersection 13000' and 250 KTS. The readback was 'cross grame at 10000' and 250 KTS.' if flight crew were held equally responsible for readback errors there would be, in my opinion, fewer readback errors.

Title: READBACK ERROR CAUSED ACR TO DESCENT TO ALT THAT CONFLICTED WITH ANOTHER ACFT, RESULTING IN LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.
Narrative: MISSED READ BACK. ACFT ISSUED CROSS THUNN INTXN 13000' AND 250 KTS. THE READBACK WAS 'CROSS GRAME AT 10000' AND 250 KTS.' IF FLT CREW WERE HELD EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR READBACK ERRORS THERE WOULD BE, IN MY OPINION, FEWER READBACK ERRORS.
