Narrative:
While climbing on a VFR flight from denver centennial (apa) to santa flight engineer, NM (saf) after committing to a flight path west of restr area R2601, colorado springs approach advised that fremont MOA was hot. At the time of the advise, I was just entering the MOA. Colorado springs radar handed me off to ZDV for VFR flight following. ZDV advised me the MOA was hot but offered no alternate routing, I continued on through the MOA with no incident. I got a briefing from denver FSS the night of oct xx in which I specifically asked about NOTAMS. I was advised of no en route NOTAMS. While continuing on from santa flight engineer to albuquerque, NM (corinado) I was advised to avoid restr airspace associated with special interest activity. Again I had not been advised of restrictions in my briefing thursday night oct xx, 1988. The FSS tapes will reflect I specifically asked about NOTAMS. I did not enter the restr airspace. I think there is a flaw in the NOTAM portion of the briefing system.
