Narrative:
Cleared to 6000' on 338 degree radial at 45 NM. At 6800' copilot saw an aircraft to our left. I leveled at 6800' and saw an aircraft pass under the nose (left to right) about 2-300' below us. Boston center (frequency 128.1) saw no one in the area but us. Report to FAA boston center.

Narrative: CLRED TO 6000' ON 338 DEG RADIAL AT 45 NM. AT 6800' COPLT SAW AN ACFT TO OUR LEFT. I LEVELED AT 6800' AND SAW AN ACFT PASS UNDER THE NOSE (LEFT TO RIGHT) ABOUT 2-300' BELOW US. BOSTON CENTER (FREQ 128.1) SAW NO ONE IN THE AREA BUT US. REPORT TO FAA BOSTON CENTER.
