Narrative:

Frequency used by north controller (4 frequencys) are loud and clear to the south controller. Xmissions by both aircraft and north controller are very nearly as loud as xmissions over frequencys in use at south. This is confusing and annoying. FAA technicians cannot find source of problem, which has been occurring for over a week now. During busy traffic sessions, this can be dangerous!
