Narrative:
Upon advancing the throttles on air carrier (XXXX) off runway 28L (11/fri/89 fhxx cmh-ewr) takeoff warning horn sounded. Retarded throttles immediately, cleared runway, and checked all systems (stabilizer/trim, flaps, slats, parking brake and spoiler handle) which would activate horn. Found spoiler handle slightly out of the detent. Reset it. Taxied back out for another takeoff. (Looked up procedure for takeoff warning horn, found none listed in abnormal section.) made normal uneventful takeoff.
