Narrative:
High frequency activity and rapid instructions. Landed on 31L, made high speed taxiway, continued across 31R west/O clearance. Realized problem when saw a commuter rolling out with its landing lights on. Tower then advised us we had not been cleared, but that it was ok. An example of high workloads, busy frequency with many instructions, and demanding traffic situations that encouraged hurrying too much. Supplemental information from acn 130753: I guess the captain did not understand the clearance to hold short, and I should have waited until we were clear of all active runways to do my after landing duties.

Title: ACR MLG CROSSES ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: HIGH FREQ ACTIVITY AND RAPID INSTRUCTIONS. LANDED ON 31L, MADE HIGH SPD TXWY, CONTINUED ACROSS 31R W/O CLRNC. REALIZED PROB WHEN SAW A COMMUTER ROLLING OUT WITH ITS LNDG LIGHTS ON. TWR THEN ADVISED US WE HAD NOT BEEN CLRED, BUT THAT IT WAS OK. AN EXAMPLE OF HIGH WORKLOADS, BUSY FREQ WITH MANY INSTRUCTIONS, AND DEMANDING TFC SITUATIONS THAT ENCOURAGED HURRYING TOO MUCH. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 130753: I GUESS THE CAPT DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE CLRNC TO HOLD SHORT, AND I SHOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL WE WERE CLR OF ALL ACTIVE RWYS TO DO MY AFTER LNDG DUTIES.
